Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. So, if an item appears worn, smells of perfume or essential oils, deodorant, makeup, or has animal hair on it, it will not be accepted as a return. Your returned item must include the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to store credit only. We do NOT issue refunds back to your method of payment. Any request made past our 14 day return policy deadline or request including final sale items will be declined. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for return processing.

Exchanges

We will only accept exchanges for the same product that you ordered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must include the receipt or proof of purchase. We must receive your original item within 14 calendar days from when you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if you returned item is approved, we will initiate the order for your new product within 5 business days and notify you of the status. Your new order will be shipped using our Standard shipping method (5-8 business days).

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, we do not provide pre-paid return labels.

(Orders $1 - $99.99): $8.49

(Orders $99.99 +): Free 

FYI

  • Your order CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. 
  • Hats and gift cards are deemed final sale and CANNOT be returned.
  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us with 3 business days of receipt date received. Send a picture of the defective item / area to support@mandthoodieandhat.com. Also, state in your email your first and last name, order number, and the product name. 
  • M & T is not responsible if an item is not delivered by a specific date or holiday. Returns and refunds will not be approved in this circumstance.
  • Once a return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website. Also, Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.  
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
